My mother had written this out to you back in November. Sadly she had a fall and spent most of December in the James Paget Hospital in gorleston, where she passed away on 27th December. X

As a retired, registered nurse,i am aware of how intense things can get. However, how you manage your range of jobs, on the helicopter is wonderful to see. You all work wonderfully together fluidy, like a well oiled machine. I hope you had a reasonably quiet time over the Christmas period. God bless you all.

Wishing you all the best Christmas with special thanks for attending Rose Lane, Norwich in August after I slipped & broke my ankle. You assisted the paramedic & ambulance crew who also attended & helped reset my broken & dislocated foot. I am eternally grateful for all you did for me. Following a period of 12 weeks in a cast & an airboot I’m walking & driving again & on the road to making a full recovery. Never thought my regular quarterly debits to EAAA would end up helping me when I needed it!
